Socially distanced meeting – maximum of 10 people

A Christmas Carol

A classic ghost story with a moral message this is the tale  of the miserly, mean hearted Scrooge and his transformation into a kind and generous neighbour delighting in the happiness of others as he joins the Cratchit family for Christmas dinner.

On Christmas Eve after rudely dismissing charity collectors  and a nephew, Scrooge’s sleep is disturbed  by ghosts and uncomfortable visions of his past and future.

This seminar will introduce the main themes and structure of the book.
